Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore as Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and driving strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, managing key client accounts, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The role will also involve monitoring sales targets, building long-term client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives to achieve revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, including market analysis, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Proven experience in Account Management and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Expertise in Sales Operations, including strategy development, performance metrics tracking, and forecasting.
- Strong leadership skills in Sales Management, team-building, and coaching sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development and identifying potential growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- 5-10 years of sales or business leadership experience, preferably in machinery or manufacturing sectors.
