Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the Vice President of Sales at Rajdeep Solar, based in the Kutch district. The role includes leading and managing the sales efforts, including overseeing sales operations, identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies to meet sales goals, and building strong relationships with current and prospective clients. The Vice President will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business development and ensure revenue growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business Development to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations, including process optimization and performance evaluation
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on motivating and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in renewable energy, particularly in solar energy, is highly desirable
- Willingness to relocate to or work from Kutch district
