Role Description
The Vice President of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves leading the sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening client relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, optimizing processes, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. The position requires a results-driven individual who can deliver exceptional sales outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to lead teams and achieve organizational sales targets
- Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations to optimize client relationships and streamline processes
- Proficiency in Business Development to identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion
- Demonstrated leadership capability, strategic decision-making, and effective communication skills
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry or digital health solutions is advantageous
