We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Sales to lead business growth, client engagement, and customer success initiatives across the US and Canada regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise sales, business development, customer relationship management, and team leadership within outsourcing, SaaS, or professional services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and act as a trusted business advisor.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and overall client success.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and a strong customer-centric culture.
Customer Engagement & Education
- Lead webinars, presentations, and customer education initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Create training materials and enablement resources to maximize customer value.
Upselling & Revenue Expansion
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute account growth and retention strategies.
Strategic Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business and customer goals.
- Track sales performance, customer success metrics, and provide regular leadership updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Account Management roles.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales, lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
