About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven VP Sales to lead revenue growth across India and international markets. The candidate must be hands-on, process-driven, and highly experienced in enterprise and institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets
• Build and manage a high-performance sales team (inside + field + channel)
• Create and drive sales strategy for universities & enterprise clients
• Develop 3× qualified pipeline through outbound, inbound & partnerships
• Lead sales forecasting, pricing, proposals, demos & closures
• Build CXO relationships and ensure 90%+ renewals
• Expand into new markets (Middle East, SEA, Africa, India Tier 2/3)
• Implement CRM KPIs, sales governance & weekly funnel reviews
• Lead channel partner development and deliver 30% revenue via partners
Must-Have Skills
• Enterprise SaaS / EdTech / enterprise sales
• Proven record of ₹50 crore+ annual targets
• Strong negotiation, closing and team leadership ability
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Data-driven, pipeline-focused, high accountability
Education
MBA / PGDM preferred | Engineering background is a plus
