Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Business Development leader with 20+ years of experience in driving revenue growth across US markets. The role focuses on selling Data, Cloud, and AI services, with strong exposure to enterprise platforms such as Microsoft (Azure), Snowflake, Salesforce, and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development strategy and revenue ownership for US markets.
- Acquire new logos and expand existing enterprise accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and close large, complex deals in Data, Cloud, and AI services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders across global clients.
- Define and execute GTM strategies aligned with Microsoft, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Databricks ecosystems.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams for solutioning and deal closure.
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen market presence.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams.
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT Services or Consulting.
- Proven track record of selling into US markets and handling global enterprise clients.
- Strong experience in Data, Cloud, and AI services sales.
- Hands-on experience selling solutions around Microsoft (Azure), Snowflake, Salesforce, or Databricks.
- Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Strong network with CXOs and decision-makers in US-based organizations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with global system integrators or consulting firms.
- Exposure to digital transformation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
