We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Vice President – Sales to lead revenue growth from our New Delhi headquarters and scale premium subscription sales aggressively across markets.
Role Overview
The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for building and executing the complete revenue strategy for HitFame’s Premium and Professional packages.
This leadership role requires someone who understands subscription-based digital products, has experience selling online premium packages, and can build a structured, high-performance sales engine.
The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience in sales leadership and a strong background in digital, SaaS, media, entertainment, or creator-focused businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy & Ownership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales roadmap aligned with company growth targets
- Drive subscription revenue growth for Premium and Professional plans
- Create quarterly and annual revenue projections
- Identify scalable digital sales channels and monetization strategies
Premium Package Sales Execution
- Lead and optimize the complete subscription sales funnel
- Improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints
- Design structured closing scripts and high-ticket sales frameworks
- Monitor CAC, LTV, retention, and upsell metrics
Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a results-driven sales team
- Establish performance KPIs and structured reporting systems
- Conduct regular training on objection handling and digital closing
- Build an inside sales and digital acquisition team
Strategic Partnerships
- Close bulk subscription deals with agencies, creator networks, production houses, and entertainment companies
- Build long-term B2B revenue channels
- Explore enterprise-level monetization partnerships
Marketing & Sales Alignment
- Collaborate closely with marketing for performance-driven campaigns
- Align creatives, funnels, and offers with revenue objectives
- Contribute to pricing strategy and positioning
Data & Performance Management
- Track sales dashboards and CRM analytics
- Drive decisions based on data insights
- Continuously refine strategy to maximize growth
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in selling online premium subscriptions or digital products
- Strong expertise in subscription-based revenue models
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of digital funnels, performance marketing, and CRM systems
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in media, entertainment, influencer marketing, or creator economy
- Startup or high-growth company exposure
- Experience with mobile app subscription models
