Role Summary
We are seeking a VP – Sales (Diagnostics) to drive revenue growth, lead sales strategy, and expand market presence across pathology, radiology, and preventive healthcare services. The role involves leading a high-performing sales team, managing key accounts, and building strong partnerships within the diagnostics ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in healthcare/diagnostics sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Drive sales targets and achieve revenue growth objectives
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, labs, and key partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Manage sales budgets and prepare performance reports
- Strong understanding of diagnostics (pathology, radiology, preventive health)
- Proven track record in sales leadership roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
