Position: VP – Sales

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and drive overall sales strategy for residential, villa, plotted development, and commercial projects.
· Develop business plans to achieve revenue targets and sales growth.
· Manage and mentor sales teams across projects.
· Monitor sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and customer engagement.
· Create channel partner networks and strengthen broker relationships.
· Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns with internal teams.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
· Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
· Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations for management.
· Drive collections and support project launches.
Requirements
· 12+ years of experience in real estate sales.
· Strong exposure in residential, township, villa, and plotted development sales.
· Proven track record in target achievement and team handling.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Strong market knowledge and channel partner network preferred.
