About the Company: Hanu Reddy Realty is seeking an experienced, motivated professional to lead our Guduvanchery-Thiruporur Branch as Resident Vice President. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving the growth and success of our operations in Guduvanchery -Thiruporur.


About the Role: Vice President (Real Estate Sales) Guduvanchery -Thiruporur Branch


Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Guduvanchery-Thiruporur branch, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of realtors and office staff.
  • Continuously monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Oversee and authorize branch accounts and payments with strict compliance and transparency.
  • Plan and conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports to senior management covering branch activities, market trends, and major deals.
  • Actively participate in deal negotiations and support the team to close transactions across various segments.
  • Uphold and promote company values, ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism within the branch.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate or any luxury sales.
  • Experience in new property/project sales, preferably with a leading developer or real estate company.
  • Strong and detailed knowledge of the Guduvanchery -Thiruporur real estate market.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals across one or more segments: residential, commercial, retail, or warehouse.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and the team.
  • Passionate about business growth and team development, with a hands-on approach to managing operations.


Pay range and compensation package:

  • Up to ₹60,000 CTC per month.
  • 40% commission on deals closed individually by the Vice President.
  • Additional commission on deals closed by the Guduvanchery -Thiruporur branch.
