Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Abroad for a Vice President of Sales. The role involves overseeing and managing the organization’s sales strategies and team. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing business development initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of sales operations. The individual will be tasked with meeting revenue objectives, mentoring team members, and identifying market opportunities to expand the business.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to create and monitor sales strategies and achieve revenue goals
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Competence in Sales Operations, with the ability to streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency
- Proficiency in Business Development, with skills in market research and identifying new opportunities
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performance sales teams
- Educational qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Prior industry experience in immigration or consultancy services is a plus
