Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the Vice President of Sales. The role involves leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. The Vice President of Sales will work closely with the executive team to align sales objectives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management, including achieving targets and managing high-value clients.
- Strong background in Sales Operations and Sales Management, with the ability to optimize processes and lead high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in Business Development, specifically in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to foster a collaborative and goal-driven environment.
- Experience in managing sales for wellness, healthcare, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
