Key Responsible Area(KRA) & JD :
1. Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the domestic & global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets,
increase market share, and drive growth in the packaging automation industry.
- Lead and manage the team, setting clear goals and performance metrics2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, key account executives, and
sales engineers.
- Provide training and development to ensure the team has the technical and sales skills
needed for success in the automation industry.
3. Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major clients, including
manufacturers, integrators, and enterprises looking for automation solutions.
- Serve as a point of escalation for high-value or complex sales opportunities.
4. Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in automation technologies.
- Work closely with product development and engineering teams to understand product
capabilities and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop sales forecasts and track performance against goals.
- Report on key sales metrics, including revenue, pipeline health, win/loss rates, and
other KPIs.
6. Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, targeting the right segments
and key decision-makers.
7. Negotiation and Deal Closing:
- Lead negotiations on large, complex deals, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and contract terms.
Educational Qualification: BE/ME Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience:
- 18-20+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5-7 years in leadership roles (Sr.
manager, GM Sales)
- Experience in the automation, technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is often
preferred.
- Proven success in scaling sales teams, driving revenue growth, and entering new markets.
