Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will lead and oversee the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, optimizing sales operations, identifying growth opportunities through business development, and ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders. The role demands a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Strong skills in Business Development to identify new opportunities and drive company growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement long-term sales plans
- Familiarity with the energy or technology sector is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
