About Us
Ingenious Research is a growing healthcare research and academic solutions company offering services in medical publications, thesis support, mentorship, NHS portfolio building, institutional collaborations, and academic consulting.
We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Head to lead sales growth, partnerships, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across all company services
- Convert inbound leads and generate new business opportunities
- Build partnerships with colleges, hospitals, institutes, and professionals
- Manage proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Maintain CRM pipeline and sales reports
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding
- Build and lead future sales team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years experience in business development / sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven target achievement record
- Experience in healthcare, education, consulting, or service industry preferred
- CRM experience preferred
