Job Description:
The Vice President - Growth Operations is responsible for owning and driving revenue targets across all Finprov Learning verticals in Kerala and Bangalore, covering B2C, B2B and platform-led revenue streams. The role carries full accountability for sales strategy, execution, conversions, and team performance across centres, franchises, online programs, and digital platforms.
Major Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership
· Drive end-to-end sales revenue across the course verticals in Kerala & Bangalore.
· Own targets across B2C, B2B and platform-led revenue.
B2C Sales
- Complete ownership of sales performance across own centers, franchise centres and online and ensuring targets are achieved consistently.
- Improve lead-to-enrollment conversions and monthly intake volumes.
- Ensure consistent sales processes across all locations, verticals and regions.
B2B Sales
· Build and scale institutional sales from college add-on programs and corporate trainings.
· Drive partnerships, pricing, closures, and recurring institutional revenue.
· Manage institutional sales pipelines and closure cycles.
Platform-led Revenue
- Own revenue targets from SpotGiraffe through employer partnerships, subscriptions, placements, or listings.
- Build revenue from elearning sales.
- Work with internal teams to convert platform traction into predictable revenue.
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and scale regional vertical heads, sales leaders and counselling teams.
- Set KPIs, monitor daily/weekly performance, and drive accountability and build a high- performance, target-driven sales culture.
- Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Product teams to ensure products and marketing is in favour of target achievement
- Conduct regular competitor studies to ensure our sales strategy is aligned with the current trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Strong expertise in B2C, B2B institutional sales, and platform-led revenue models.
• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech industry.
• 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role managing multi-location teams.
• Proven record of delivering large-scale revenue targets.
• Data-driven, execution-focused, and outcome-oriented.

· Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive company growth.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and aligning their efforts with organizational goals.
