Vice President – Engineering | Executive Leadership Opportunity
We're hiring an exceptional Vice President – Engineering to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation and build the next generation of digital financial platforms.
📍 Location: Gurugram
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
💰 CTC: Up to ₹70 LPA
🚀 What You'll Do
✔️ Lead the engineering vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-scale digital platforms
✔️ Drive cloud transformation, microservices architecture, DevOps, automation, and AI-led engineering productivity
✔️ Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams across Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Production Support
✔️ Partner with business and product leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric technology solutions
✔️ Modernize legacy systems using cloud-native architecture, APIs, automation, and engineering best practices
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ 15+ years of Software Engineering experience with 5–8 years in Engineering Leadership
✔️ Proven experience delivering enterprise applications and large-scale digital platforms
✔️ Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, API Gateways, Authentication & Security
✔️ Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, Monitoring, Observability, and Production Support
✔️ Strong knowledge of Database Architecture, Scalability, Reliability Engineering, and High-Availability Systems
✔️ Strong leadership in People Management, Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Budget Planning, and Technology Roadmap
💼 Preferred Industry Experience: BFSI | Wealth Management | FinTech | Lending | Insurance | Broking | Investment Platforms
