Role Description
The Vice President of Business Development is a contract-based, remote role responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding the company’s client base. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and developing business plans. The individual will strategically lead sales efforts, design effective business models, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the company’s overarching goals. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in sales and business development.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
- Proven success in Sales and Account Management
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and strategic partnerships
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving organizational objectives
- Experience in the IT, e-learning, or cybersecurity sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
