Role Description
The Vice President of Business Development will strategically lead initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and overseeing sales activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and foster long-term partnerships.

- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Sales strategies
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategize and execute long-term business development plans
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
