Head of Growth
Location: On-site -Delhi
Work Model: 6 days/week, in-office
Compensation: Competitive cash + meaningful ESOP upside (wealth creation focused)
About the Role
Our client is building a ₹1,500 crore consumer brand over the next 24 months. This role will directly own that outcome.
As Head of Growth, you will lead end-to-end growth for a profitable, fast-scaling D2C beauty business (~₹400Cr revenue, ₹50Cr+ profit). You will work closely with the founder to scale revenue aggressively while maintaining strong unit economics.
This is a hands-on operator role, not a strategy-only position. You will be expected to move fast, test aggressively, and solve problems directly.
What You’ll Be Responsible For (Performance Objectives)
1. Scale Revenue to the Next Level
Drive aggressive growth toward the ₹1,500Cr target by:
- Scaling paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Identifying and unlocking new growth levers
- Continuously improving conversion and revenue efficiency
2. Build a High-Velocity Growth Engine
Create a rapid experimentation system across:
- Creatives (ad formats, hooks, messaging)
- Channels (paid, organic, influencer, marketplace)
- Offers and funnels
Operate on weekly test-and-learn cycles, not long planning timelines.
3. Improve Unit Economics at Scale
Own and optimize:
- CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margins
- Spend efficiency across channels
- Budget allocation decisions tied to real performance
4. Drive Creative–Performance Excellence
Work closely with creative teams to:
- Build high-performing ad creatives
- Ensure strong creative–media fit
- Continuously iterate based on performance data
5. Partner on Product & Category Growth
Collaborate with category and NPD teams to:
- Identify winning product opportunities
- Support high-impact launches
- Scale products that show strong early traction
6. Build and Lead a Lean, High-Output Team
- Hire and develop strong growth and performance talent
- Manage agencies and partners with clear accountability
- Deliver high output with a frugal, resource-efficient mindset
What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in growth / performance marketing / digital business scaling
- Proven track record of scaling a ₹300–500Cr+ consumer or digital business
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid media, funnels, and growth experimentation
- Experience in consumer tech, D2C, or B2C digital businesses
- Ability to operate at both strategy and execution level
