Role Overview
As an Associate in our Investor Relations & Capital Markets team, you will be a vital member of the CFO's office, reporting to the Vice President. You will play a crucial role in supporting all fundraising and capital-raising activities, from managing the CRM and investor pipeline to preparing materials for due diligence. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the creation of investor presentations, financial models, and quarterly updates. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on high-impact strategic projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Fundraising Execution
· Build and maintain the company’s complex fundraising and credit models
· Draft and produce investor decks, teasers, CIMs, and quarterly updates
· Build, organize, and maintain the virtual data rooms for investors
· Prepare materials and coordinate responses for investor due diligence
· Maintain the investor CRM and produce pipeline reports for leadership
Investor Reslations Support
· Compile data and draft narratives for quarterly investor update reports
· Coordinate investor meeting schedules and prepare pre-meeting briefing packs
· Research and produce detailed profiles on prospective institutional investors
· Maintain a library of comparable company data and transaction benchmark
Cross-Functional Support
· Monitor and produce compliance certificates for financial covenants
· Assist with board materials, cap table updates, and ESOP computations
· Liaise with Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development on strategic transactions

Experience
· CA, CFA (Level 2+), or MBA from a Tier-1 institution with 2–4 years in IB, PE/VC, or Big 4 advisory
· Strong financial modeling skills, building complex models from scratch
· Excellent and meticulous attention to detail in all work
· Strong written communication for professional emails and executive summaries
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; data room proficiency is a plus
