What you will be doing:
- Deal sourcing and ecosystem building: Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, operators, VCs, and ecosystem stakeholders to generate a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Investment evaluation: Lead end-to-end diligence including market mapping, competitive analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessment
- Financial modelling and valuation: Develop robust financial models, valuation frameworks, and investment theses to support decision-making
- Investment committee and execution: Prepare investment memos, present recommendations, and drive deal execution including term sheet structuring, negotiations, and closures
- Portfolio value creation: Work closely with portfolio companies on strategy, growth, hiring, and fundraising, acting as a thought partner to founders
- Fund strategy and insights: Contribute to sector theses, internal knowledge building, and the overall investment strategy of the fund
What we are looking for:
- 5-9 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting, with strong exposure to enterprise/tech/B2B sectors
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business models and markets
- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
- Proven ability to independently drive deals and manage multiple stakeholders
- Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Bonus: Prior experience investing in or working with AI, SaaS, financial services, deeptech, or enterprise infrastructure companies
