ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Vice President – Investments & Strategic Growth to lead our fundraising strategy and solidify our position within the global investment ecosystem. This role is a "Founding-Level" leadership position designed for a seasoned professional with deep-rooted access to Angel Investors, HNIs, Family Offices, and Early-Stage VCs.
The VP will be the primary architect of the company’s investment narrative. You will not just be "finding investors"—you will be selecting the right partners to join our journey. This role is ideal for an individual motivated by high-upside equity ownership and the opportunity to build a legacy in the HealthTech space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Investor Relations & Fundraising Leadership
• Capital Sourcing: Identify and cultivate a pipeline of investors (HNIs, Family Offices, VCs) aligned with our vision.
• Full-Cycle Fundraising: Lead end-to-end efforts for Pre-Seed and Seed rounds, from initial outreach to final wire transfer.
• Deal Execution: Organize pitch sessions and product demos; drive the narrative that converts interest into commitment.
• Negotiation: Support founders in valuation discussions, term sheet structuring, and closing mechanics.
• Due Diligence: Oversee the data room and coordinate with legal/finance teams to ensure a seamless closing process.
2. Strategic Advisory & Growth
• Capital Roadmap: Advise the Board on fundraising timing, dilution management, and long-term capital allocation.
• Collateral Refinement: Sharpen pitch decks, financial models, and KPIs to meet institutional-grade standards.
• Market Intelligence: Provide competitive analysis and strategic pivots to enhance the company's valuation.
3. Network Expansion & Brand Positioning
• Ecosystem Representation: Act as the face of HealthLetic at startup forums, investor summits, and industry events.
• Strategic Partnerships: Leverage your network to facilitate high-value introductions that drive both capital and commercial growth.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Required Qualifications:
• 8–15+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Startup Fundraising, or Corporate Strategy.
• A Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in successfully raising capital or facilitating high-value investment deals.
• The "Rolodex": Active, existing relationships with the Indian and global investment community.
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of startup valuations, equity structures, and term sheet legalities.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in HealthTech, AI, SaaS, or Consumer Technology.
• Previous CXO / Partner-level experience in a high-growth environment.
• Credibility with prominent Angel Networks or institutional VC firms.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
• Equity-Based Leadership: This is a "Sweat Equity" role with no fixed monthly salary, offering a significant ownership stake in the company.
• Milestone-Linked Participation: Equity allocation is tied to measurable outcomes, including capital raised and strategic growth targets.
• Vesting Schedule: A structured vesting period designed to reward long-term commitment and value creation.
• Board-Level Influence: Direct involvement in the highest level of decision-making and company trajectory.

2. Strategic Deep-Dive: A session with the Founders to discuss the company’s vision, product roadmap, and current traction.
3. Strategy Presentation: The candidate may be asked to present a high-level 90-day fundraising roadmap for HealthLetic.
4. Board Interaction: Final meeting with the Board/Advisors to finalize the equity structure and vesting milestones.
5. Onboarding: Formalizing the partnership and integration into the leadership team.
