Hiring | Vice President – Regional Head (Western Region)

Location: Mumbai (Kurla)

Compensation: Up to ₹75 LPA (including 25% variable)

Experience: 17+ years | Preferred: Banks / NBFCs

We are looking for a senior business leader to drive growth and manage key client relationships in the Western region within the capital markets ecosystem.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with brokers, institutions, and financial clients

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing trading members / clients

• Increase trading volumes and revenue from the region

• Promote financial market products (equity, derivatives, etc.)

• Provide market insights and develop competitive strategies

• Handle client escalations and ensure high service standards

• Lead regional operations and coordinate with internal teams

• Conduct client meetings, seminars, and presentations

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in capital markets / broking / institutional sales

• Proven track record in business development & revenue growth

• Excellent client relationship management skills

• Leadership experience managing regional teams

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscape
