We’re Hiring: Vice President – Implementation & Professional Services!
We are looking for a seasoned leader to head our Implementation & Professional Services function, with deep expertise in driving large-scale e2open implementations, program delivery, and client transformation initiatives.
Role: Vice President – Implementation & Professional Services
Location: Gurugram- Onsite
Experience: 12+ years (with minimum 5 years in e2open implementation & support services is mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and scale global implementation and professional services delivery for e2open platforms
· Own end-to-end program delivery including solution design, implementation, rollout, and hypercare
· Drive large, complex, multi-country transformation programs across enterprise clients
· Build and manage high-performing consulting, solutioning, and delivery teams
· Define delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices for consistent execution
· Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to drive solutioning, estimations, and deal closures
· Ensure strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication at executive levels
· Drive customer success, adoption, and value realization across implementations
· Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on client needs
Must-Have Expertise:
· Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in e2open implementations and professional services delivery
· Strong functional and techno-functional expertise across key e2open modules, including:
o Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and S&OP
o Logistics / Transportation Management (TMS)
o Global Trade Management (GTM)
o Order Management and Supply Collaboration
o Channel / Inventory Visibility and Multi-enterprise Network platforms
· Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-region e2open implementations and transformation programs
· Deep expertise in supply chain domain across planning, execution, and trade compliance
· Strong experience in solution architecture, integration (EDI, APIs, ERP systems like SAP/Oracle), and data flows
· Experience in building and scaling consulting and delivery teams (solution architects, functional consultants, program managers)
· Expertise in program governance, delivery excellence, and client stakeholder management at CXO level
· Strong commercial acumen including project estimation, revenue management, and margin optimization
· Experience in defining implementation methodologies (Agile/Hybrid) and driving standardization across engagements
Preferred Background:
· Experience in industries where e2open is widely used (Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution)
· Exposure to SaaS-based platforms and cloud environments
· Strong stakeholder management and client-facing leadership experience
