Macro Role:
We are looking for a seasoned leader for our PR, Branding and Corporate Communication who would lead and elevate our brand narrative. This role will drive integrated communication strategies, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and enhance DHC’s market positioning. This role will require close working with leadership to shape the firm’s brand and visibility across internal and external platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with business objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on communication matters. Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Media & Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry bodies, and key external stakeholders. Oversee press releases, media briefings, interviews, and public statements. Monitor media coverage and manage reputation proactively.
- Internal Communications: Design and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement. Ensure alignment of organizational goals with internal messaging. Lead leadership communications, town halls, and employee campaigns.
- Crisis & Reputation Management: Develop crisis communication frameworks and manage high-risk situations. Act as the primary spokesperson or support leadership during crises. Protect and enhance corporate reputation.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy: Oversee digital communication channels including social media, website, and online campaigns. Ensure strong digital presence aligned with brand identity. Track analytics and optimize communication effectiveness.
- Engagement with external agencies: Act as strategic advisor in identification, selection and onboarding of external agencies in the domain of PR and Branding. Act as SPOC for proactive and continuous engagement with such external agencies. Ensure periodic assessment of such agencies and sharing the same with the Group Chairman.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate communications team. Manage external agencies, PR firms, and vendors. Drive high performance and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12 – 18+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related domain.
- Proven leadership experience in reputed organizations or consulting environments.
