Job Description:
1) Pre-Joining (All activities till selection)
Recruitment-Execute and manage the recruitment process of faculty, nurses and other staff and also train line managers in set periodic assessment procedures.
2) Selection & Orientation
Selection & Orientation-Execute and manage the selection and orientation process of faculty, nurses and other staff and also train line managers in set periodic assessment procedures.
3) Employee Life Cycle Management
Learning and development-Employee orientation, implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs, appraisal and reward systems.
- Reporting and management of human resources metrics- produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover of Staff (Hospital, Medical College & any other business unit). -Nurture a positive working environment.
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
4) Severance Management
- Claim Handling.
-Labor Mediation.
5) Strategy & Policy
-Human resources policy-implement and maintain human resources policies across Hospital and Medical College and any other business unit of Heritage including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
6) Coordination, Administration & Legal
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth functioning
- Look after administrative matters concerning faculty and staff in Heritage.
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Other related additional responsibilities.
