Role Overview:We are looking for a strategic and data-driven growth leader to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for a large-scale consumer platform. This leadership role will own the end-to-end growth funnel, including onboarding, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, referrals, and product-led growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of scaling digital consumer businesses through experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Own customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
- Lead lifecycle marketing, CRM, onboarding, and customer engagement strategies
- Drive referral programs, growth loops, and product-led acquisition initiatives
- Manage performance marketing across paid digital channels and optimize growth efficiency metrics
- Build and lead high-performing growth, CRM, and product marketing teams
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to scale growth initiatives
- Drive experimentation, funnel optimization, cohort analysis, and growth analytics
- Define and track growth OKRs, customer lifecycle metrics, and business performance KPIs
Key Qualifications:Must-Have:
- 10+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital consumer growth roles
- Strong experience in customer acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies
- Proven track record of scaling consumer-facing digital platforms using data-driven growth strategies
- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional growth teams
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and growth metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and product functions
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in fintech, investing, trading, or consumer internet platforms
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG), referral ecosystems, and engagement-driven growth models
- Familiarity with lifecycle automation, CRM platforms, and digital marketing analytics tools
