Role: Vice President, Global Operating Leader - Insurance Finance & Accounting (R2R)

Role Overview:
As Vice President - Global Operating Leader, you will own end-to-end service delivery, drive operational excellence, and lead transformation across global F&A operations. This role requires strong domain expertise, client leadership, and the ability to manage P&L while scaling high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large global teams, enabling performance, engagement, and career growth
- Drive delivery across R2R operations including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive transformation and continuous improvement
- Lead solutioning, pricing, and transition for new deals; support growth of existing engagements
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and leverage digital/automation solutions
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Transformation, Digital, and Transition teams
- Own client relationships, service delivery, and P&L outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale R2R/F&A operations within the services industry
- Experience in London Market/ UK Market is mandatory
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in driving transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver sustainable business growth
- Strong analytical mindset with executive presence and stakeholder management skills
