Hiring - Vice President Eduverse

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven leader to join us as Vice President – Eduverse, driving global sponsorship strategy, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact executive role where you will shape the future of a fast-growing global education platform at the intersection of education, innovation, and digital engagement.
About the Role
As Vice President – Eduverse, you will be responsible for driving global growth, building strategic partnerships, leading sales and revenue, conducting strategy and insights, integrating events and brand, and providing leadership to a high-performing global team.
Responsibilities
Drive Global Growth
- Lead and execute global sponsorship & monetization strategies
- Unlock new revenue streams across events, digital platforms, and EdTech ecosystems
- Scale international presence through strategic partnerships
Build Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and manage C-level relationships with global sponsors
- Create tailored partnership solutions aligned with business objectives
- Ensure long-term sponsor engagement, ROI, and retention
Lead Sales & Revenue
- Drive multi-million dollar sponsorship revenue
- Own the sales pipeline, conversions, and deal closures
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities
Strategy & Insights
- Conduct market research, pricing strategy, and competitive benchmarking
- Track performance through data-driven dashboards and reporting
- Present insights and growth plans to executive leadership
Event & Brand Integration
- Integrate sponsors across global summits, workshops, and virtual events
- Maximize brand visibility across the full event lifecycle
Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing global team
- Set KPIs, mentor talent, and foster a culture of ownership and innovation
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in EdTech, international education, sponsorships, or enterprise sales
- Proven track record in revenue generation & strategic partnerships
- Strong experience in global markets and multi-region team leadership
- Expertise in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and business strategy
- Deep understanding of education ecosystems and digital learning platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
