Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Corporate Finance / Corporate Banking professional to lead deal origination and execution for corporate debt transactions.
The role involves working closely with corporate clients, banks, NBFCs, and investors to structure and execute financing solutions while managing the complete deal lifecycle from origination to closure.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in
Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Structured Finance.
Experience Required
10+ years of experience in:
- Corporate Banking
- Corporate Finance
- Investment Banking
- Structured Finance
- NBFCs or Financial Institutions
Preferred Qualifications
MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGDM or equivalent qualification in Finance, Banking, or Risk Management.
Candidates with strong
corporate banking or corporate finance experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Origination & Pipeline Development
- Identify and originate corporate finance opportunities with mid-market and large corporates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of financing transactions
Deal Management & Execution
- Manage the complete deal lifecycle from mandate to closure
- Structure and execute corporate debt transactions with lenders and investors
- Coordinate credit appraisal, documentation, and transaction execution
Corporate Financing Solutions
Facilitate Transactions Such As
- Working Capital Limits for Corporates and NBFCs
- Structured Debt Solutions
- Project Finance
- Fund-based and Non-Fund-based Credit Facilities
Client & Lender Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions
- Engage with senior stakeholders to structure optimal financing solutions
Strategic Growth
- Contribute to regional business growth by expanding the corporate and lender network
- Identify new opportunities within the corporate finance ecosystem
What Were Looking For
- Strong experience in corporate banking, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Proven track record in debt transactions or structured finance deals
- Strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Ability to manage complex corporate financing transactions
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
