Vice President – Delivery

Role Overview
The Vice President – Delivery will be responsible for leading end-to-end technology delivery for strategic clients across the banking, payments, lending, and fintech ecosystem. This role will oversee large-scale delivery programs, ensure operational excellence, and drive client success while scaling delivery capabilities for high-growth fintech partnerships.
The role requires a strong blend of technology leadership, client engagement, delivery governance, and commercial acumen to ensure world-class delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs across digital banking, payments, lending platforms, and fintech products.
- Manage large distributed delivery teams including engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, and program management.
- Establish delivery frameworks ensuring predictability, quality, and scalability.
- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic banking and fintech clients.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, Product Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Ensure client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and long-term partnerships.
- Lead executive governance meetings and steering committees.
3. Program & Portfolio Governance
- Manage large transformation programs across core banking, payments modernization, open banking, and digital platforms.
- Establish delivery governance, risk management, and program tracking frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and security frameworks.
4. Business Growth & Account Expansion
- Partner with sales and account teams to drive revenue growth within existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling technology services.
- Contribute to RFP responses, solutioning, and proposal development.
5. Operational Excellence
- Build high-performing delivery teams and optimize utilization and productivity.
- Drive improvements in delivery metrics, SLA adherence, and engineering quality.
- Implement best practices in delivery management, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
6. Fintech & Banking Domain Leadership
- Provide thought leadership in areas such as:
- Digital banking
- Payment systems
- Lending platforms
- Open banking
- Regulatory compliance
- Stay updated with emerging fintech trends and technology disruptions.
Key Metrics / KPIs
- Delivery P&L ownership
- Client satisfaction (CSAT / NPS)
- Program delivery success rate
- Revenue growth within accounts
- Delivery margin improvement
- Team productivity and engagement
Required Experience
- 15–20+ years of experience in technology services or consulting.
- Proven leadership in large-scale technology delivery programs.
- Strong experience working with banks, fintech companies, or financial institutions.
- Track record of managing multi-million dollar delivery portfolios.
- Experience leading global delivery teams.
Preferred Domain Expertise
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Digital banking platforms
- Payments and card processing
- Lending and loan origination systems
- Core banking transformation
- Regulatory technology (RegTech)
- Fintech integrations and APIs
Leadership Skills
- Strategic thinking and execution

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
