Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Corporate Sales, based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing corporate sales activities, driving business development, and managing sales operations to achieve organizational goals. The Vice President will focus on fostering strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue objectives. Responsibilities include client acquisition, CRM implementation, and optimizing sales processes for operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and the design of effective sales strategies
- Strong Sales Management and Business Development skills to drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes
- Leadership and team management capabilities with a strategic mindset
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring corporate clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in insurance broking or financial services is an advantage
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred
