Role Description
The Vice President of Contingent Staffing is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. In this role, you will lead and oversee staffing strategy and operations, focusing on IT recruitment, talent acquisition, and client relationship management. You will drive sales efforts to secure new client partnerships, manage hiring processes, develop efficient staffing solutions, and lead a team to ensure successful delivery for clients. Establishing strong networks and maintaining collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be central to this position.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Staffing Services and strong knowledge of contingent workforce operations
- Experience in IT Recruitment and effective hiring practices for technical roles
- Strong skills in Recruiting and managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes
- Sales experience, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align staffing solutions to business outcomes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field
- Previous experience in staffing or recruitment within the tech industry is highly desirable
