Role Overview
We are looking for a senior advertising professional to lead the client servicing and new business development functions, while managing key client relationships within our integrated communications agency.
The role requires an individual with strong mainline advertising experience, the ability to shape and evolve brand strategy, and a sound understanding of digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging with senior client stakeholders and driving meaningful brand and business outcomes.
This position will also play a critical role in strengthening client partnerships, enhancing strategic thinking within the team, and contributing to the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner.
• Translate business objectives into effective brand and communication strategies across mainline and digital platforms.
• Guide the servicing team in delivering integrated campaigns with strong strategic foundations.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure impactful and effective work.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive new business acquisition.
• Mentor and strengthen the client servicing team, capabilities, and processes.
• Ensure high standards of client servicing, strategic clarity, and delivery excellence.
Ideal Candidate
• 12–14 years of experience in a reputed mainline or integrated advertising agency.
• Strong exposure to brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Comfortable engaging with CXOs, marketing leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience working across both traditional advertising and digital ecosystems.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to guide, mentor, and elevate servicing teams.
Location
• This position is based in Hyderabad. Candidates open to relocating from Mumbai, Bengaluru, or other major markets are welcome.
