Vice President, Client Processing Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our Client Operations team under Loan Enablement platform. This role is located in Chennai.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and implement client service strategies by utilizing in-depth knowledge of client operations and industry best practices under Loans Enablement Platform.
- Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency by continuously evaluating and improving service delivery processes.
- Liasing with Product and Engineering teams for process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve complex issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for the day-to-day BAU and management of a Client Processing Team.
- Working with the team to deliver best possible reporting service to our clients, both in daily operations regime, as well as annual reporting tasks
- Review operational procedures regularly and where needed, highlight areas requiring updates or process improvements.
- Contributes to the achievement of LEP team’s objectives.
- Ensures the volume of work produced meets products/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 8-10 years of total work experience is required
- Experience in syndicate loans or Bi-lateral loan administration or agency is preferred
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Good problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office and internal systems such as GSP, CMS and PSS are preferable
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office and internal systems such as Solvas, WSO and Markit clear tools are preferable
