Socio Impulse is hiring: Vice President– Brand Partnerships & Sales
We’ve successfully navigated the 0 to 1 journey. We’ve built the foundation, proved the model, and made our mark. Now, we’re entering the 1 to 10 phase—the era of aggressive scaling and market leadership.
We need a Vice President who doesn’t just want to manage a department, but wants to help build an Agency.
The Mission: As Vice President, you’ll own the revenue engine at Socio Impulse. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution.
What you’ll lead:
- Revenue Strategy: You’ll be responsible for the P&L, defining our sales roadmap, and identifying new categories for growth.
- High-Stakes Partnerships: You’ll lead the conversation with Tier-1 brands and agencies, closing the kind of deals that move the needle for the industry.
- Team Architecture: You’ll hire, mentor, and lead a team of high-performers, fostering a culture of accountability and creative excellence.
- Strategic Evolution: You’ll work closely with the founders to refine our product offering and ensure we stay ahead of the creator economy curve.
What we’re looking for:
- The Track Record: 8+ years of experience, with a significant chunk spent leading sales/solutions in the influencer or digital media space.
- The Network: You already have deep-rooted relationships with CMOs and key decision-makers.
- The Mindset: You thrive in the "1 to 10" phase. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, but you’re obsessed with building systems that scale.
- The Leader: You know how to get the best out of people and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when a big pitch is on the line.
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to 60 lakhs per annum
