Your New Role
- The primary objective of this role is to support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework for NAB India. This includes strengthening Business Continuity and Incident Management capabilities across the NAB India Innovation Centre while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly APRA Prudential Standard CPS 230.
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of BCPs, incident management, and crisis response processes.
- Support BCM governance, including development of policies, standards, and control frameworks.
- Enable integration of BCM practices across business units and geographies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across resilience and recovery capabilities.
- Support program-level analytics, reporting, and regulatory compliance activities.
What Will You Bring
- 14+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management or related domains.Demonstrated leadership, analytical capability, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Experience across business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, emergency management, and/or risk management.
- Deep understanding of BCM frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of APRA Prudential Standard CPS 230 requirements Established industry network to support proactive risk identification and effective BCM execution.
- Drive the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), incident management frameworks, and call tree processes aligned with enterprise policies.
- Partner with stakeholders across NAB India to embed effective BCM practices, including governance, roles & responsibilities, and communication strategies.
- Support the design and execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity exercises, including testing cycles and scenario-based simulations.
- Conduct thematic reviews and deep-dive assessments to identify process gaps, misalignments, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Promote standardisation, consistency, and quality across the BCM program and related activities.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to provide insights into BCM maturity, risk exposure, and performance metrics.
- Provide support during business disruptions, ensuring timely response, coordination, and resolution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders, including IT, vendor management, and global teams, on BCM-related matters
