Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Cluster Head / Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, manage large sales teams, and oversee business operations across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, expertise in real estate sales, channel management, and a proven track record in achieving aggressive business targets.
Sales & Revenue Management
Drive overall sales performance and revenue generation for the assigned cluster.
Own P&L responsibility and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and individual sales advisors.
Build a high-performance sales culture with strong accountability and motivation.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Strengthen relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Expand market share through innovative acquisition strategies.
Operational Excellence
Monitor sales funnel, lead conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, and CRM processes.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for campaign execution.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, HNI clients, and corporate partners.
Represent the organization in industry events and networking forums.
- Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
8–15 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
