Role Overview
The person will lead and scale the B2C sales function, driving revenue growth and building a high-performance, ownership-driven sales culture. The ideal candidate will operate like a business leader—deeply invested in revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall profitability (P&L responsibility).
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Growth
- Drive revenue growth through effective GTM strategies across Kolkata micro-markets
- Identify new opportunities and expand the sales pipeline
2. Sales Operations
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closure
- Improve customer acquisition, conversions, and pipeline velocity
3. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Drive performance through coaching, reviews, and target management
4. Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients
- Collaborate closely with marketing for demand generation
5. Governance & Reporting
- Ensure strong CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
- Share insights and performance reports with leadership

Candidate Profile:-
Experience: 3-7+ years of experience in B2C sales
Qualification: “MBA / PGDM from a top tier (Tier1/Tier 2) B-Schools preferred
Outstanding candidates from Tier 1 B schools demonstrating exceptional sales capability and leadership potential may be considered even with relatively lower experience.
Compensation: As per industry standards and CTC is not a bar for the right candidate
