Role Description
This full-time, on-site Vice President role is based in Kerala, India. The Vice President will oversee strategic planning, business development, and operational management, ensuring alignment with JPM Media's mission and objectives. Key responsibilities include managing teams, developing partnerships, leading content innovations, and overseeing marketing and advertising initiatives. The role entails fostering collaborations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality production while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

- Leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to inspire and develop talent within the organization
- Strategic planning and business development proficiency, with a focus on creating meaningful partnerships and driving long-term growth
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, content production, and distribution channels, including TV and social media platforms
- Expertise in marketing, advertising, and brand management with the ability to execute campaigns that resonate with broad audiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Experience in media production or broadcasting industries, with in-depth understanding of operational and regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects efficiently
