Role Description
The Vice President will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating strategic investment opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth within portfolio companies. They will oversee due diligence processes, participate in negotiations, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Vice President will collaborate with institutional partners, act as a mentor to portfolio companies, and represent IvyCap Ventures within the entrepreneur and investor community. This is a full-time role based on-site in India.
Qualifications
- Investment analysis, venture capital expertise, and strong financial modeling skills
- Strategic decision-making, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Business development, relationship management, and collaboration expertise
- Strong understanding of technology-driven sectors such as ConsumerTech, HealthTech, and FinTech
- Ability to assess startups, oversee due diligence, and identify opportunities for innovation and disruption
- Proven track record in leading high-impact projects or initiatives
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Experience working with start-ups, scale-ups, or in venture capital is a strong advantage
