Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Vice President role located in Mumbai. The Vice President will oversee strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to achieve the company’s business goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing key financial initiatives, building relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to drive performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including team building and mentorship
- Strategic planning and business development expertise
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and achieving organizational goals
- Knowledge of the financial services and loan industry preferred
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
