Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President position, based in Noida. The Vice President will oversee company operations, develop strategic goals, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, building client relationships, and leading initiatives to enhance team productivity and revenue cycle outcomes. The role requires dynamic leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Leadership and strategic management experience, including team building, goal-setting, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including claims follow-up, denial management, A/R follow-up, and payment reconciliation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in process improvement, project management, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deep understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree such as MBA is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or outsourcing industry is strongly preferred.
