Job details:
LatticeMind is the cybersecurity brand of ART Technology & Software — a 25+ year IT Services company headquartered in Kochi, with delivery and client coverage across the UK, Europe, and the GCC.Company delivers comprehensive managed cybersecurity for organisations that need to protect their infrastructure, stay compliant, and remain resilient — without the overhead of an in-house security team. Our focus is managed security operations, infrastructure protection, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks for fintech, BFSI, regulated industries, and growing mid-market companies.
Backed by ART's engineering depth, AI-led delivery model, and an established UK / European client base, Lattice Mind is now scaling as a focused cybersecurity services brand into India and the UK / EU markets. This is a foundational leadership hire.
The opportunity
- Lead commercial growth across India and the UK / EU for a focused cybersecurity services brand.
- High-impact role with significant autonomy, strategic visibility, and a seat at the leadership table.
- Opportunity to shape the GTM blueprint, the team structure, and the brand's position in two of the most competitive cybersecurity services markets in the world.
- Backed by a profitable, AI-led parent with proven delivery capability and existing enterprise client relationships.
- What you will do Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales targets, with full accountability for revenue growth across India and the UK / EU.
- Consistently generate, qualify, and close new opportunities and new logos across both geographies.
- Drive strategic sales motions for cybersecurity services, managed security offerings, and advanced security technologies.
- Personally lead pursuit of foundational enterprise accounts in the first 6 to 12 months
- Carry quota personally for the early phase of the role while building the team that will carry it later.
Customer Engagement & Executive Relationships
- Build, expand, and nurture trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, and senior cyber leaders across enterprises in India and the UK / EU.
- Represent Lattice Mind with impeccable professionalism in customer interactions, industry events, analyst conversations, and executive briefings.
- Lead customer presentations, advisory discussions, and solution positioning at C-suite level.
RFP & Bid Management
- Identify and pursue new RFPs; develop, qualify, and shape opportunities.
- Lead the complete RFP lifecycle — proposal strategy, coordination, solution tailoring, commercial structuring, and final negotiation.
- Work in close collaboration with internal solutions, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and global teams to craft compelling, differentiating proposals.
- Bring rigour to deal reviews, pipeline governance, and quarterly business performance discussions.
Go-to-Market & Team Build
- Design and operationalise the GTM playbook for a services-and-managed-security business at scale — ideal customer profiles, segmentation, account-based selling motions, and pricing logic.
- Inherit an existing sales and business development pod (1 to 3 sellers / BD reps), assess capability, and build the hiring plan for the next 12 to 18 months.
- Mentor internal teams involved in sales pursuits, channel management, and account development.
- Establish the operating cadence — weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, quarterly business reviews.
Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Develop the partner ecosystem — global SIs, regional system integrators, and cybersecurity OEMs whose technologies sit inside our managed offerings.
- Build joint pursuit motions with strategic partners to accelerate pipeline in markets where direct coverage is uneconomic.
- Cultivate working relationships with major global cybersecurity OEMs and hyperscaler security ecosystems.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Establish the operating backbone — CRM hygiene, pipeline taxonomy, forecast discipline, win / loss tracking.
- Engage cross-functionally with pre-sales, solution architects, marketing, and service delivery teams.
- Provide regular updates to the ART leadership group and shape the brand's commercial direction.
- Requirements Experience
- 18+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 8 to 10 years in cybersecurity services, managed security, or closely adjacent enterprise IT services.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition, exceeding revenue quotas, and winning enterprise-level cybersecurity deals.
- Demonstrable history of 7- and 8-figure individual deal closures.
- Prior leadership experience — you have built or significantly scaled a sales team before, not only carried an individual number.
Domain expertise
Strong Expertise Across Major Cybersecurity Domains, Including
- Managed security operations (SOC, MDR / XDR).
- Vulnerability and threat management.
- Identity and access management (IDAM).
- GRC, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness.
- Cloud security, infrastructure protection, and Zero Trust.
- Familiarity with how cybersecurity OEMs, SIs, and managed service providers fit together in customer estates.
- Comfort with regulated industry buying patterns — BFSI, fintech, public sector, and infrastructure — across both India and the UK / EU.
Commercial & operational
- Excellent relationships and working experience with major global cybersecurity OEMs and hyperscaler security ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of RFP processes, enterprise procurement cycles, and complex deal execution.
- Strong commercial structuring instincts; comfortable with multi-year managed services contract construction.
- CRM-led pipeline governance and forecast discipline; you treat the operating cadence as a first-class deliverable, not paperwork.
Personal style
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, high-energy leader with strong ownership and a customer-first mindset.
- A builder — you are energised by structure that does not yet exist, and you want to leave a function behind you, not just a number.
- Direct, decisive, and comfortable making calls with incomplete information.
Preferred
- Existing CISO / CIO relationships in BFSI and fintech across India.
- UK or European market experience either through prior roles or through cross-border deal exposure.
- Cybersecurity-aligned credentials (CISSP, CISM) or OEM partner certifications.
- MBA or equivalent commercial training.
- Compensation
