HEERU Corrosion Protection Services is India's largest onshore corrosion protection company, working with clients including L&T, Tata, Toyo, IOCL etc. As part of HEERU 3.0, we're building the leadership team for the company's next phase of growth.
VP-Rope Access reports to the President & CEO. We're looking for 10–15 years in industrial rope-access services, EPC, or project-based leadership.
The Role
Own and scale the Rope Access vertical as a full profit centre, covering business development, P&L ownership, IRATA-compliant execution, and building a certified technician pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the full P&L, revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and collections.
● Drive growth strategy, order book, and client pipeline across sectors and geographies.
● Lead multi-site execution with uncompromising IRATA and QHSE standards.
● Build the certified technician pipeline: sourcing, certifying, and retaining talent.
● Lead bids: tenders, techno-commercial proposals, and client negotiations.
What we are looking for
● Proven P&L ownership in industrial services, EPC, or project-based businesses.
● Track record of scaling a service business, not just managing steady-state operations.
● Equally comfortable on sites and in boardrooms.
- Treats QHSE as core business ownership, not a compliance function.
