The Vice President – Sales (Luxury & Commercial Sales) will be a key leader driving business development, investor engagement, and deal closures for this platform. The role demands a strong network within the HNI, wealth management, and family office ecosystem, coupled with proven expertise in luxury and commercial real estate sales.
About the Role
The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for driving business development and managing investor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Deliver sales targets by originating and closing deals across luxury and commercial assets.
- Client Acquisition: Build and grow relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers.
- Network Expansion: Leverage existing networks and forge new partnerships with private bankers, investment advisors, and global investor communities.
- Sales Strategy: Drive investor roadshows, exclusive events, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end deal cycles — pitching, structuring, negotiation, and closure.
- Market Insights: Provide actionable intelligence on investor sentiment, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to sharpen sales strategy.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Required Skills
- 10–15 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate, or wealth management.
- Strong track record of closing high-value transactions (INR 15 Cr+) with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors.
- Exposure to both luxury residential and commercial sales.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-structuring skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales execution with investor needs and market trends.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing large teams and driving sales performance.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
