Role Overview:We are looking for a senior growth leader to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across a large-scale digital consumer platform. This role will own the end-to-end growth charter, including lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, performance marketing, onboarding optimization, and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong data-driven mindset to scale business growth and customer value.
Key Responsibilities:- Own growth metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization
- Lead growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
- Drive onboarding optimization, activation funnels, and retention programs
- Scale referral programs, product-led growth, and organic acquisition channels
- Manage performance marketing across paid digital channels and optimize CAC/ROAS
- Build and lead high-performing growth and CRM teams
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive execution
- Lead experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth initiatives
- Track growth KPIs, customer cohorts, and business performance metrics
Key Qualifications:Must-Have:
- 10+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital business growth roles
- Proven success in scaling consumer-facing digital products and driving measurable growth outcomes
- Strong expertise across acquisition, activation, retention, lifecycle management, and monetization strategies
- Experience leading and managing high-performing growth teams
- Deep analytical capabilities with strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and growth metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in fintech, digital financial services, investing, trading, or consumer internet platforms
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG), referral ecosystems, and engagement-driven business models
- Familiarity with high-scale consumer engagement and lifecycle automation tools
