Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for Vice President – Engineering / IT – Abroad. The role involves leading key engineering and IT initiatives, overseeing software and product development, managing complex system integration processes, and designing robust system architectures. The incumbent will also drive innovation in distributed systems and work to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality technological solutions that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development processes
- Proficiency in System Integration and Architecture design
- In-depth knowledge of Distributed Systems and scalable technologies
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
- Extensive technical experience with engineering methodologies and best practices
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in international markets and working across cultural boundaries is a plus
