Role Description

As Vice President – B2B Sales, you will oversee and drive business growth and revenue by leading the sales team and developing strategic plans. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing key client accounts, and formulating long-term partnerships. Other responsibilities include setting sales goals and objectives, optimizing sales operations, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division, requiring strong leadership, sales acumen, and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Sales, Business Development, and identifying growth opportunities in B2B environments
  • Proficiency in Account Management and fostering strong customer relationships with corporate clients
  • Strong skills in Sales Operations and Sales Management, including overseeing teams and ensuring departmental efficiency
  • Leadership ability, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Prior experience in sectors like corporate mobility, transportation, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
